When Will Calls Start?

Once your onboarding form has been submitted and you have accepted the group chat your dedicated team will introduce themselves and confirm the info you submitted on the form for availability. Based on location and availability you will start receiving calls within 24-48hrs in most cases. For orders of 100+ calls per week please allow up to 7 days ramp up time. We suggest starting with 25-100 calls per week on your first order.

Can I Pause My Transfers?

Yes, you have a dedicated team you can communicate with. You will provide your available hours during onboarding. We ask that you remain available during these windows to the best of your ability to ensure effectiveness & efficiency however if you need to pause you can let your team know.

Can I Choose Multiple States?

Yes, in fact we recommend at least 5 states to provide the best service however this is not required.
